The covered berths at Perry's are from 24 ft. to 40 ft. long. Each berth has new rub rails, storage boxes, electrical and ample space for wide turns which makes berthing quick and easy.

The next step up from our covered berths are the covered boat houses. The covered boat houses are unique to Perry’s Boat Harbor and offer the best in boat berthing. We feel it is worth the investment to offer this added protection for your boat.

Bungalows - For Tenants Only
The bungalows provide our tenants two options, one on land the other on the water. They provide sleeping accommodations for the tenant that may have more guests than their boat can comfortably fit.
